Customer Service at Wavell & the Robot Vacuum

Are you driven by a desire to help people and create great experiences?
If so, you might be the person we’re looking for as our new customer service manager!

At Wavell.dk and Robotstøvsugeren.dk, we work every day to give our customers the best experience—whether it’s finding the right headset or the perfect robot vacuum. We’re now looking for a dedicated team member who will take ownership of our customer service and be the friendly voice (and fast typist) behind our brands.

Your main responsibilities:

Customer Service and Support:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with a smile in your voice—even in writing

Helping customers who are experiencing technical issues or have questions about products

Handling complaints and communicating with suppliers in collaboration with our technical and logistics teams

Ensure that all customers have a fast, professional, and positive experience

Operations and Development Tasks:

Optimize our customer service processes and help us become even better

Participate in product training so you can learn everything about our headphones, vacuum cleaners, and accessories

Contribute ideas on how we can create even better customer experiences across our brands

We envision that you:

Have a knack for written communication and can express yourself clearly and politely

Thrive on finding solutions rather than focusing on problems—even when it requires a bit of detective work

Have a technical understanding of—or a natural curiosity about—electronics and gadgets

Are organized and self-reliant, yet also a team player who thrives in an informal environment

Can take a phone call when necessary—but the majority of the work is done in writing

Practical information:

Work location: Elmegårdsvej 12, Hasselager

Work hours: Full-time

Start date: As soon as possible
