How long is the delivery time?
We ship every weekday via Postnord. If you place your order before 3:00 p.m., we'll ship it the same day, and you can expect to receive your package the very next day.
Can I pick it up at the store?
You're always welcome to pick up your order at our store. You can find us at Elmegårdsvej 12, 8361 Hasselager.
Our hours of operation are as follows:
Monday–Friday: 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Saturday–Sunday: Closed

When does your satisfaction guarantee (Buy & Try) start, and how does it work?
Our satisfaction guarantee is valid for 30 days from the day you pick up your package. You can read about our satisfaction guarantee here
Is the volume lower on one of the headphones?
Often, when our customers experience this problem, it’s due to earwax. Earwax can be incredibly hard to see in the filter, but it can be removed. The best solution here is to use “elephant snot” to remove dirt and other debris.
You’ll want to apply a little pressure to the elephant’s trunk so that it moves into the small holes in the filter. Repeat this about 5 times, and it should come loose. If you find that the sound only partially returns, you can repeat the process a few more times until it’s fully restored.
