Payment

Wavell Distribution ApS accepts payments via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, MobilePay, and Apple Pay. The amount for the items will not be charged to your account until the items are shipped. In the case of partial deliveries, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery will be charged. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. Wavell Distribution ApS uses a certified payment server that encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be intercepted. We do not charge any card fees. When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your items first. You must then pay your monthly installment on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of 39 DKK will be charged. If you cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will be terminated. ViaBill finances purchases of up to 2,000 kr. Amounts over 2,000 kr. are financed in collaboration with SparXpress. Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address. We collect and share the personal information necessary to deliver the product to you. Personal data is recorded by Wavell Distribution ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information. The data controller for wavell.dk is Wavell Distribution ApS. You have the right to know what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it. Right to Appeal

If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint about your purchase, please contact info@wavell.dk.
