Payment
Wavell Distribution ApS accepts payments via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Mobilepay, Apple Pay, and Klarna. The amount for the items will not be charged to your account until the items are shipped. In the case of partial deliveries, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery will be charged. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. Wavell Distribution ApS uses a certified payment server that encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be intercepted. We do not charge any card fees.
Reservation of Funds
If you pay with an international debit or credit card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds will remain reserved on your card or account until:
We will charge the amount when we ship the item, or the funds will be released as agreed with your card issuer. You can learn more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
Shipping
Wavell Distribution ApS delivers on all weekdays. We deliver your package within 1–3 business days. Your package will be delivered by GLS.
Wavell uses standard delivery to a package pickup location via GLS. Shipping is always free for customers on orders over 398 kr.
For purchases under 398 kr., the delivery fee is 19 kr. to the nearest package pickup location and 39 kr. for home delivery.
Reimbursement
If a refund has been agreed upon, the agreed-upon amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you’ve ordered multiple items in a single order but they’re delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of multiple shipments or parts, the cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive the last shipment or part. This period means you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@wavell.dk.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the item without notifying us at the same time.
Right to cancel part of the purchase.
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you can return one or more of them, even if they were purchased in a single order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you return only part of your purchase.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be canceled:
Delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to your specifications or have a distinct personal touch.
Returns
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the package, and you are liable for any damage that occurs during shipping.
The condition of the item when you return it. If the item has lost value because you used it in a way that went beyond what was necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and how it works, you may only be refunded a portion of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the item’s market value, and in some cases, this may mean that you’ll only be reimbursed for the shipping costs. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the item’s value.
Refund of the Purchase Price
If you change your mind about your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (however, this does not apply to additional shipping costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice that you wish to cancel the agreement. We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you provide us with proof that you have returned it.

Right to File a Complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means you have the right to file a complaint for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. You must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you file a complaint within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely. If the complaint is valid, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, be sure to obtain a shipping receipt so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
The item will be shipped to: Wavell Distribution ApS, 12 Elmegårdsvej, 8361 Hasselager. We only accept packages that are sent directly to this address. When you return the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

Terms and Conditions - Extended Warranty on IT Products

In general
1.1 This extended warranty (“the Warranty”) is an optional add-on that can be purchased with IT products from Wavell ApS. By purchasing and accepting this extended warranty, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the terms and conditions described below. 1
.2 The warranty takes effect only after the purchase of the extended warranty and applies in addition to the standard product warranty for IT products.
1.3 The customer should be aware that this extended warranty covers only products purchased from Wavell ApS and does not cover any third-party accessories. -
Duration
2.1 The extended warranty takes effect immediately upon purchase and is valid for two years beyond the standard product warranty that comes with the IT product.
2.2 The customer must keep the original sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase of the extended warranty. -
Coverage Area
3.1 The extended warranty covers the same types of defects and malfunctions as the standard product warranty during the specified period.
3.2 The customer must follow all applicable instructions from the manufacturer regarding the use, maintenance, and repair of the IT product in order to maintain warranty coverage.
3.3 The extended warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from unauthorized repairs, misuse, neglect, accidents, abuse, or other causes not attributable to the product’s original condition or manufacturing defects. -
Shopping Cart and Warranty Selection
4.1 If the Customer has multiple products in their cart and adds only one "extended warranty" to the order, the extended warranty will automatically be applied to the most expensive product in the order.
4.2 The customer can select the extended warranty for multiple products in their cart by adding the appropriate quantity of "extended warranty" to each desired product. -
Returns and Refunds
5.1 The customer may return an IT product covered by the extended warranty if it is damaged or defective, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our general return policy.
5.2 If the Customer wishes to return a product covered by the extended warranty, the extended warranty for that product will also be canceled, and the Customer will only receive a refund in accordance with our general return policy. -
Limitation of Liability
6.1 Wavell ApS assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of the IT product, regardless of whether such damages result from defects covered by the warranty or other causes.
6.2 Wavell ApS disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may arise from the use of the IT product or the inability to use it, whether or not under warranty. -
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
7.1 Wavell ApS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of the extended warranty as necessary, without prior notice. 7.2 Changes take effect as of the date they are published on [Company Name]’s website.
Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address. We collect and share the personal information necessary to deliver the product to you. Personal data is recorded by Wavell Distribution ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information. The data controller for wavell.dk is Wavell Distribution ApS. You have the right to know what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it. Complaints Procedure If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint regarding your purchase, please contact info@wavell.dk. If we are unable to reach a resolution, you may submit a complaint to: Nævnenes Hus Toldboden 2 8800 Viborg www.naevneneshus.dk
To file a complaint, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 kr. and no more than 100,000 kr. For complaints regarding clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least 720 kr. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
