Terms and Conditions for Renting the Wavell Audio Club Podcast Studio

 

By renting from Wavell Audio Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following terms and conditions for renting Wavell Audio Club’s podcast studio and related equipment.

 

  1. Access and Use

    • The studio is available to anyone with a relevant topic or message who wishes to record a podcast.

    • The studio may not be used to promote political or religious views.

    • The studio may not be used for coaching or mentorship.

     

  2. Booking and Cancellation

    • All bookings must be made via the official booking form.

    • Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are always subject to availability.

    • If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so that the time slot can be made available to another party.

     

  3. Liability and Damage

    • The user is responsible for all equipment in the studio during use and must treat it with care.

    • The user will be charged for any damage to equipment or the studio caused by them, in an amount equal to the cost of repair or replacement.

     

  4. Cleaning and Tidiness

    • After use, the studio must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. This includes cleaning the equipment and areas used during the recording session.

     

  5. Confidentiality and Copyright

    • All content produced in the Wavell Audio Club studio is the property of the user. 

      However, by using the studio, the user grants Wavell a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual right to use images, video, and audio recordings from the studio for marketing and communication on its own platforms, including social media, its website, and promotional materials.

      This right of use covers both raw recordings and fully edited material, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

    • Users may not record or distribute content that infringes on the copyright of others or is otherwise offensive or illegal.

     

  6. Safety and Conduct

    • Compliance with all safety instructions is mandatory.

    • Respectful behavior toward the studio’s facilities, equipment, and any other people in the studio is expected at all times.
