How long is the delivery time?
We ship every weekday via PostNord. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from the time of order.
Can I call you?
Generally speaking, no. We try to conduct all communication via email so that we have a complete record of all conversations. We do this to provide the best possible service. You can always schedule a call if you’d like.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over 398 kr. to a PostNord pickup location. If you'd like home delivery, the cost is 39 kr.
Can you cancel an order?
If you have placed an order and it has not yet been shipped, we recommend that you contact us at info@wavell.dk or via our live chat to have your order canceled.
